John Jordan, CFP is
a Certified Financial Planner, specializing in life insurance since
1992. His areas of expertise are estate planning, charitable
planned giving, business and business succession planning strategies,
and family support solutions.
John

previously for a major financial institution, John was able to build a
vast network of professionals including tax lawyers, accountants,
bankers, and investment advisors that can be utilized for formulating
a plan and providing the products that can be implemented and used for
your financial planning needs.

ability to recognize and recommend solutions to these and other
financial, business, and estate planning issues, are John's
specialty. As he's independent, he will "shop the
market" for the best product to fit your unique situation
from Canada's most recognized life insurance companies. He takes
great care in analyzing the contracts from the various companies so
that he can recommend the right product for your situation.

practices and lives in the Waterloo Region of south-western Ontario and

He's married to his wife Kathie and they have a son Mackenzie and
daughter Shelbie.
John consults with charities across Canada and is a
member of the Major Gifts and Planned Giving committee for Credit
Valley Hospital in Mississauga and the University of Guelph. John has
been a speaker at the Canadian Association of Gift Planners (CAGP)
national conference in Toronto in 2004 and Quebec City in 2005 and
speaks frequently for numerous charities on Charitable Planned Giving.
John is a member of the Waterloo-Wellington Estate Planning Council, a
member of the National LEAVE A LEGACY™ committee and the Past Chair of
the Waterloo-Wellington CAGP RoundTable.
